$1000 study grants open

FUTURE Farmers Network Limited (FFN) has announced the launch of their Partner Study Grants.

Valued at $1000, the grants are available bi-monthly and applications for the first grant, thanks to FFN corporate partner, Landmark, are open from October 1 to 31.

FFN is providing these bi-monthly scholarships, in conjunction with their valued partners, to assist FFN members who are studying an agriculture-related degree or course.

The cost of studying can often be expensive, and a study grant will allow many students to fund essential resources and additional educational opportunities.

FFN chair, Georgie Aley, says the study grants are another key way FFN is providing support for education and networking opportunities for its members.

“FFN is committed to providing opportunities to support and retain young people in Australian agriculture,” Ms Aley said.

“These study grants are a tangible benefit of FFN membership, and provide on the ground support to those who need it.

“Landmark is a fitting corporate partner to launch the study grants, as they are committed to fostering the next generation of industry experts to meet the challenges faced by farming in rural and regional Australia today.”

To apply for a grant, members should visit the FFN website www.futurefarmers.com.au to download the application form.
