CBH Group has this week appointed its new chief financial officer and general manager corporate services.
Current CFO David Moroney and general manager corporate services Virginia Miltrup recently announced their intention to resign from these positions.
CBH has appointed Ed Kalajzic as the new CFO, while Mathew Regan will replace Ms Miltrup.
Mr Kalajzic has worked with the CBH Group for five years, leading projects in the strategy and business development division.
"Ed brings experience in mergers, acquisitions and strategic finance from his time in our Strategy and Business Development team and his previous career at consultancy PwC," CBH chief executive officer Dr Andy Crane said.
"His strong financial and strategic planning skills will be a real asset to the co-operative and the CFO role."
Mr Regan has worked with the CBH Group for 15 years leading teams in the IT and grain quality areas.
"Mat's proven capability to deliver complex projects and his commercial focus will support a cost efficient and fit for purpose delivery of services to the business and our growers," Dr Crane said.
"His leadership of the implementation of Quality Optimisation along with a suite of other projects showed that he was able to deliver a project with a strong focus on people, process and technology.
"In addition to their very relevant skills for the roles it is great to bring two new members to our executive team who have a unique understanding of the challenges our growers face."
The handovers will take place on June 3.
