Nicola Shadbolt is a Senior Lecturer in Farm and Agribusines Management at the Institute of Food Nutrition and Human Health at Massey University, New Zealand.

She is an active partner in two forestry businesses and a farm producing milk, beef, sheepmeat, wool, venison, velvet and timber.

Nicola will speak on Holistic Benchmarking, that is, recognition that the business is not just about money! Nicola will explore the importance of family and social objectives as a part of the ³success story².
