QUALITY left, right and centre is what you'll see if you are at the Manjimup saleyards next Tuesday, December 20.
Elders and Primaries are joining forces for their annual Manjimup Weaner Sale to commence not before 1pm.
Elders will offer 500 head while Primaries will yard more than 200 head.
On the back of favourable conditions in 2016, Elders Manjimup agent Cameron Harris said he was confident the yarding of Angus, Murray Grey and Euro cross weaners will be of exceptional quality.
"We've put together a fantastic line-up of calves for our first weaner sale in Manjimup," Mr Harris said.
"After a cold winter and a late spring, the calves will have plenty of weight ideal for lotfeeders but there will still be plenty of cattle available well suited to restockers."
The biggest draft available at this year's sale will be offered by return vendor Gary Kilrain, GM & MA Kilrain, Manjimup, with 160 mixed sex Angus calves.
The draft on offer is the first of the year for the Manjimup operation, guaranteeing quality and consistency throughout the selection.
Sired by owner-bred bulls with some Diamond Tree and Monterey genetics, the draft of 9-11mo weaners weigh between 330-400kg.
Long-time supporter of the sale is Jim Fox, JS Fox & Son, Pemberton, who will offer a draft of 110 mixed sex Angus weaners weighing between 330-400kg.
Featuring predominantly Mordallup and Diamond Tree genetics, the 9-11mo draft were treated with vitamin B12, 5in1 and Cydectin in July, 2016 and have also been drenched with Selenium and Calcium.
Craig Martin, Elders Manjimup, said there isn't any dip in the consistency of the draft offered by Mr Fox.
"The steers would be ideal for lotfeeders and there are some fantastic heifers that would make excellent future breeders," Mr Martin said.
Peos Bros, Peos Estate, Manjimup, will once again offer a great line-up of their annual draft with 100 mixed sex Angus weaners, majority steers weighing from 280-400kg based on Diamond Tree genetics.
The largest draft to be offered by Primaries during the sale will be from return vendor and well respected producer WD & IM Phillips & Son, Kanangra Grazing, Manjimup, with a selection of 40 mixed sex Angus-Santa Gertrudis weaners.
At an average of nine months old, the draft is owner bred featuring Diamond Tree bloodlines, reaching weights between 350-380kg.
Primaries South West livestock representative Neil Foale said Kanangra always offers quality cattle and this sale will be no different.
