PLANNING ahead could save farmers money this hay cutting season.

Hay cutting machinery specialist Page Machinery has cut back costs and improved services.

As a New Holland agricultural franchise and Nissan dealer, Page Machinery has become renowned for its quality services, parts, repairs and wide range of machinery and general purpose farm vehicles.

But the latest changes have improved services to some of the best offered in more than 20 years of operation.

Page Machinery is offering early bird incentives, reduced sale prices and a seven-day-a-week, 14-hour-a-day service for this year's hay harvest.

Farmers could get great deals on disc bines and mower conditioners, manager Andrew Page said.

He said the sale allowed farmers to take full advantage of preparing early for the hay-cutting season.

Extra discounts were being offered for pre-orders on already competitively priced baling string and net wrap, and a full range of equipment and parts were ready for immediate delivery.

"Page Machinery are truly specialists in hay cutting machinery for the entire the mid-west region," Mr Page said.

He said an excellent sales and service team along with a broad product base had secured Page Machinery's reputation over the years and ensured the development of a loyal client base.
