LIANE Sayer-Roberts has more than 16 years’ experience in the communications industry in Australia and New Zealand.
With credentials spanning many agribusiness sectors, Liane has worked closely with leading industry groups and agricultural brands from the irrigation, grains, rice, dairy, manufacturing and citrus industries.
She also has extensive experience working with Federal and state government organisations focused on rural and regional issues.
Liane is committed to giving a voice to agribusiness and providing quality communications services for organisations who are based in or seek to connect with regional Australia.
Liane has a personal commitment to regional and rural business and the role women play in the sector, having established an award-winning, full-service public relations and events agency based in the Riverina town of Leeton, NSW.
The business has grown significantly since 2004 and today provides Liane and 10 other professional women with access to varied, stimulating work servicing government and corporate clients across Australia and offshore, from a rural base.
In 2013 Liane was named the Murray-Riverina Business Leader of the Year by the NSW Chamber of Commerce and was also awarded one of two national scholarships by Chief Executive Women (CEW) to attend the Australian Graduate School of Management’s Women in Leadership Program.
Before establishing Sauce, Liane was public affairs manager at the NSW Department of Environment and Conservation. She is also a past member of the Riverina Regional Tourism and the Riverina Citrus Boards.
Underpinning her experience are tertiary qualifications in communications management, business and journalism.
