ROSLI Reid and her husband Ian established Reid Stockfeeds (RSF) which has become Australia’s largest privately-owned supplier of stockfeed, as well as the second largest supplier to the Victorian dairy industry.

In the past 30 years RSF has grown from 40 tonnes in its first year to 260,000 tonnes per annum, with a turnover in excess of $100 million.

RSF employ the only female production manager in Victoria at the Trafalgar site and is encouraging of part-time staff who need to mix work with other commitments.

Rosli annually addresses Year 9 and 10 students and conducts regular site tours of the Trafalgar Mill to encourage and promote agricultural careers. Students regularly do work experience with the company.

RSF has been the inaugural gold sponsors of Gippsland Dairy Expo and Cows Create Careers for 14 and 10 Years respectively.

Since 2010 RSF has raised funds for the Warrnambool Breast Cancer Association. As a trained nurse Rosli had the great pleasure in handing over $36,000.

Rosli has worked in all aspects of the administration side of the business and now sits on the board of four companies.

Rosli is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Family Business Australia, Stockfeed Manufacturers Association of Victoria and Grain Industry Association of Victoria.
