Agribusiness

I think we need to carefully discuss the definition here. Does “first-stage processors beyond the farmgate” really cover 'agribusiness'? 'Second-stage'? Is a logistics/grain handling/export company a processor? Is "beyond the farmgate" colloquial or confusing? Is this really clear wording? The words creator defined it broadly as; "Agribusiness refers to the whole constellation of activities and supporting institutions that are involved in the world's complex food and fiber system."
