How will CBH handle a circa 20mmt harvest? Will oat growers get served some pain this harvest with a likely removal of the receival fee rebate now oat prices have collapsed? What of our offices in the Pacific North West USA and Russia? Will our costs come down anytime soon? I doubt it. And because of this expect the competition to come in soon and very competitively
