Consolidated Pastoral Company (CPC) has sold three stations to Clean Agriculture & International Tourism, which reports suggest is owned by Vietnamese company TH Group. CPC chief executive Troy Setter said the cluster sale reflected the premium quality of the stations. A source confirmed that three properties sold for around $135 million.

THE Consolidated Pastoral Company (CPC) has moved to divest itself of a cluster of three neighbouring stations in its portfolio to investment group Clean Agriculture & International Tourism (CAIT).
