THERE is an unprecedented enquiry for pastoral properties in all areas of the State and properties are in short supply.

From large corporate buyers to the bloke across the road, the list for areas to produce beef, sheep and goats is as strong as I have seen in the 22 years that I have been involved in the pastoral industry and I am sure it is set to continue.

Ray White Rural WA has had excellent results in selling pastoral properties throughout the State and is actively seeking properties on behalf of our clients.

Record prices have been achieved and with the beef, sheep, goat and wool industry at very high production levels - the demand is very strong.

I would be very interested to talk to any interested parties on a confidential basis about buying or selling, or just a general chat on potential values and the industry as a whole.
