The authorities have rushed to a site close to the Cunderdin Aerodrome after a pilot was forced to parachute out of his glider on Friday afternoon.
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services reported the incident occurring about 4km south of the aerodrome at about 2.05pm this afternoon.
A pilot is believed to have been forced to parachute out of his aircraft after coming into difficulties.
The Cunderdin Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service are at the scene with DFES, St John Ambulance and WA Police.
St John Ambulance confirmed the pilot was male but his injuries are unclear - he is conscious and breathing.
