Beefed up cattle prices at Muchea

Buyers at the Muchea Livestock Centre on Monday were trying to adhere to new measures put in place to mitigate the risk of spreading the coronavirus by keeping their social distance. It was a bit tough as laneways limited viewing of the pens that were being auctioned.

THE Muchea Livestock Centre saw its "strongest (cattle) sale of the year" on Monday when 2321 head were yarded, according to Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA).
