PTIC Angus heifer record set at $4100

A new $4100 Australian record top price for PTIC commercial Angus heifers was set for two lines of heifers at the Nutrien Livestock Mated Beef Female sale at Boyanup last week. With one of the lines of Angus heifers were buyer Noel Holdsworth (left), ND & BJ Holdsworth, Bridgetown, vendor Graeme Oliver, GW & J Oliver, Kirup and Dean Taaffe, Nutrien Livestock, Donnybrook. The six syncro AI mated heifers are due to calve to an Angus bull from March 1 to April 27.
