Ancient wheat set to be harvested in WA

 Premium Grain Handlers manager John Orr, Fremantle, has been working on taking an ancient wheat variety Einkorn to a commercial reality as an alternative for health conscious consumers or people with allergies to glutenin, which is found in modern wheat varieties. He hopes to produce two tonnes of the wheat next year for the market.
