WAFarmers has put roots down in Bentley with the purchase of its own office building and held a sundowner, coinciding with National Agriculture Day on November 19, to mark the opening.
WAFarmers president John Hassell said the purchase was funded by money from the TH Petersen Trust, a gift made to WAFarmers by the former Northam farmer, by other donations and by prudent financial management.
"It allows space for future growth and also rental space with five tenants already in place," Mr Hassell said.
"And with shower and kitchen facilities it provides a comfortable space for our members to utilise.
