THE 2014 Rotary Radiowest Auction is ready to go with final preparations almost completed.
Printing of the 2500 auction brochures was completed by major sponsor Country Copiers earlier last week and they will be distributed to Shire of Northam letterboxes before the start of the auction at 9am this Saturday at the Northam Boulevard Shopping Centre.
The lots will be advertised in The Avon Valley Advocate, who is a sponsor of the event.
For the first time, the auction will run from 9am until the later time of 2pm with Radiowest personality Bryan French broadcasting from the auction from 10am-2pm.
Bids can be placed in person at the Rotary Radiowest Auction site in the Boulevard or by phoning 9621 2044.
Rotary Club of Northam Auction co-ordinator Greg Verlinden thanked all donors for their generous donations and was hopeful of raising a substantial sum which will again be donated to local Northam community groups.
Lots will be available for collection from Stewarts Savemore Pharmacy after 11am on October 27 until December 12.
