CBH Group chairman and Newdegate farmer Wally Newman has been re-elected unopposed to the board in the 2017 member director elections.
Mr Newman, who joined the CBH board in August 2000, was deputy chairman in 2008-12 and chairman since August 2014.
He was the only nominee for District 4 at the 12pm Tuesday close of nominations.
CBH said there would be elections in District 1 and District 2 with ballot packs containing voting information to be mailed to grower members living in those districts on Friday, January 13.
In District 1, director Rod Madden, Morawa, is being challenged by grower members Bradley Cripps, Northampton, and Gareth Rowe, Geraldton.
Mr Madden was a director from 2006 to 2012 and was re-elected in 2014.
In District 2, deputy chairman Vern Dempster, Northam, is being challenged by Stuart Mussared, Cunderdin.
Mr Dempster was appointed a director in 2008 and has been deputy chairman since April 2013.
He is also CBH's board-appointed director for its Interflour Group international joint venture.
The WA Electoral Commission is conducting the director elections.
Grower members in Districts 1 and 2 must lodge votes before the close of the poll at 10am Monday, February 20.
The results will be announced later that day after votes are counted.
