Mark McGowan became WA's 30th Premier, and was sworn in with his 17-member ministry at Government house by State Governor Kerry Sanderson.
Alannah MacTiernan picked up the Regional Development, Agriculture and Food portfolio, taking over from Mick Murray who held the portfolio in opposition.
Roger Cook became WA's deputy premier, while Ben Wyatt became Australia's first indigenous treasurer.
It comes after a landslide election win from the WA Labor party, claiming 41 seats in the 59-seat parliament.
