WITH the Northam Running Club’s first run back after the winter break being affected by a busy Avon Decent week and not so friendly weather conditions, only six members braved the elements to have an impromptu 30-minute time trial/training run around the trotting track.
Luckily the weather held enough to get the run done and help get back into the swing of things.
This Thursday, August 17 the club will hold an event at the Northam Golf Club for what will be with the recent rain a true cross country track.
Distances on offer will be either six-kilometre or three-kilometre and will be starting at 5.15pm.
All runners and walkers are welcome.
