Dealers waiting for the rain too

"Once the rain comes it's all systems go," Mr Gray said.
With parts, it's an annual balancing problem to estimate inventory availability but Mr Gray said pre-ordering for customers was made a little easier with feedback from sales staff and general knowledge of how the season is shaping up.
"We're in good shape for the season and our next focus will be on hay parts and servicing hay gear," he said.
