- Alcheringa (lots 10904 and 10906) is located on Three Springs-Eneabba Road and about 27 kilometres from Eneabba, 160km from Geraldton.

The property is Stonewell Farms' business headquarters with impressive infrastructure including a large five-bedroom, two-bathroom brick homestead with air-conditioning and an attached carport/cool room, as well as several other general purpose sheds providing plenty of storage space.

The 450 square metre lockable workshop/machinery shed and a second 450m2 machinery shed are under construction.

The main working yard is gravelled to ensure safe working conditions with eight elevated silos with a combined capacity of 475 tonnes which are in very good condition, plus four 43,000 litre Flexi-N tanks.

Alcheringa is divided into 16 paddocks with excellent boundary fencing with internal fences, a central laneway with electric accessories as Stonewell Farms previously ran cattle.

The property is well watered with abundant underground water and stock could easily be reintroduced if required, with both cattle and sheep yards facilities and a small shearing shed.

- North Alcheringa is on Kangaroo Road and 32km from Three Springs and is divided into 11 paddocks.

This portion has a near new McGrath four-bedroom, two bathroom transportable home with air-conditioning which is in excellent condition.

There is also a large 335m2 workshop/ machinery shed with a attached fully functional accommodation unit.

The property has excellent ground water supply with ample storage.

Both properties are typical of the region with lighter soil types ranging from gravels, sand over gravel, sand over clay, yellow sands and lighter deep sands.
